If your project is more complex and requires additional discussion, we’ll set up a screen sharing session of 30 to 60 minutes wherein we can explore your goals and vision in more detail. Afterwards, usually within a day or two, we’ll provide a quote that includes:

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes! We work with you to rigorously test our code to ensure that it’s error-free and works as expected. At any time, if you find a bug or something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. If the error was caused by our coding, we’ll fix it for free. If the error was introduced due to Windows updates or other environmental changes outside of the application, we’ll work with you to find the easiest and lowest-cost solution.

Where are you located, and how do you perform work remotely?

We’re based near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Almost all of our work is done remotely as it’s far more efficient and cost-effective for our clients.

We’re experts in remote work and have done so since our first projects in 1994. We use a variety of collaboration tools to to work with you like we’re right there with you – screen sharing, video and phone conferencing, secure file transfers, secure Web workspaces, VPN, remote desktop and more.
